Application Process
01. Schedule a Tour
The first step is to get to know each other better by your attendance at an open house or private tour. Tours are available by appointment only on Mondays or Thursdays at 8:15am.
02. Applications Due
Tier 1 applications are due on February 24, 2025, for the 2025-2026 school year. After March 1st applications will be processed on a rolling basis subject to specific grade level availability (Tier 2).
03. Applicant Seminar
Applicant seminars will be held on February 27 for Tier 1 applicants (those applications received before February 24). Additional applicant seminars will be on April 10 and June 21.
04. Placement Testing
All new applicants are required to take a Student Placement Test. This test typically lasts an hour and a half and can be done while parent(s) are attending the applicant seminar.
05. Family Interviews
Family interviews for Tier 1 applicants will take place on Saturday March 1st. Additional family interview dates for Tier 2 applicants are April 12th and June 21st. Interview times are by appointment only.
06. Acceptance Letters
Acceptance letters will be sent via the Jupiter online platform in conjunction with a $400 enrollment charge.

Tuition and Fees
New Family Application Fee: $250/family if received by March 1st. Submit with application. Registration Fee: $400 if received by March 1st. (Paid at or before family interview.) After March 1st: Application fee: $350; Registration fee: $400/family. Re-Enrollments Fee: $250/family if received by February 1st. After February 1st: $500.
All tuition and fees are non-refundable.


Family Discount

The family discounts apply to each child’s tuition only, not to fees.
All fees are paid up front in the first payment, and all tuition and fees are non-refundable. Financial assistance may be available and is determined on a case by case basis. Please ask for more information. When enrolling a student at The Oaks Tutorials, you are agreeing to pay full tuition for the school year, regardless of that student’s suspension, expulsion, or withdrawal.
