During the week of February 3rd, Grammar School students were learning about William Shakespeare. At each grade level it starts with the history sentence that the students memorize as part of a year long history song but from there each grade dives in differently. Our “Sprigs” (3rd Grade) students participated in a Shakespeare day complete with a performance by some of our Rhetoric students that had the entire class entertained (if not a little grossed out by some prop mishaps).
William Shakespeare made his mark on England and the world in 1592 with “The Taming of the Shrew.”
